Tube Bending and Forming
Capabilities
WE are able to bend most tubing and piping under a wall thickness of 3/16. With our tools, we hold most tooling with a max diameter of 2 in and a bend CLR between 2 to 8 7/8 or R50.8 to R225. WE also have the ability to crimp most piping.
Bending Software
Our bending software uses the 3d Cad model and computes the location and stretch-out of each bend to provide us with exact dimensions of the tube before bending as well as bend locations for the bending operation.
