Spot, Projection, and Stud Welding

Spot Welding

WE use spot welding to weld metal together without the addition of any added materials. The use of a spot welder is used because it is much faster, uses less heat, and doesn’t need any extra material to weld together.

Projection Welding

This is used to weld nuts, studs, and threads to metal without having to add any additional metal used in tig or mig welding. This process is much more efficient to use and more aesthetic.

Stud Welding

stud welding uses the same process as projection welding. With the use of special electrodes we are able to weld studs perfectly straight up and down to create a more conforming part.
