Finishing

Metallic scrubber rings and small gray triangular stones, likely for industrial cleaning or polishing.

Tumbler

WE use our tumbler to clean the edges or any other burrs off of small parts that allows us to decrease labor cost and decrease lead times for our customers.

E-Coating

We have great relations with our e-coating suppliers and are able to e-coat practically any type of metal part large or small. This process helps to protect the metal from rusting as long as it is not exposed to the sun.

Powder Coating

Our Suppliers are able to powder coat practically any color as well as any sized part. This process is also great at protecting the part from rusting as well as adding color or texture to a part for aesthetic reasons.

Zinc Plating

WE also are able to zinc plate any part we produce. This can add strength to the part, provide corrosion resistance, and adds texture.

Anodizing

Anodizing is great for wear resistance, corrosion resistance, surface lubricity, heat dissipation, dielectric (non-conductive) properties, adhesion, and aesthetics.

Polishing

Polishing improves the surface quality of metal parts and provides a mirror like finish for aesthetic parts. Polishing also removes surface contaminates for critical applications.
