Capabilities
The tube laser can practically cut any hole, slot, angle, or any other shape in round tubing, piping, angle, I Bar, square, and rectangle tubing.
We are able to cut various types of carbon, aluminum, stainless, and galvanized material.
Thickness of material is practically anything from to thick. The widest material we can cut can be up to inches.
Tube Laser Software
we are able to send any model from any software over into the software for the tube laser. This software is able to recognize all the features from the Cad file and just needs the information on how to cut the material.
The software also nest multiple parts with the same material into one nest and maximizes the amount of material used to minimize scrap.
Efficiency
The tube laser cuts approximately 10x faster than a saw, more accurate than using a mill to locate holes, and much more accurate when adding slots, tabs, and angles.
