This software allows us to bend the part in a virtual 3d world with the amada brake we would be using. This also uses the tool library we have on hand to demonstrate exactly how it will bend when production starts.
Benefits
WE are able to use the 3d information from the software to communicate to all our amada bending machines. These parts are pre-programmed parts with a visual on what dies, punches, and locations of the tooling all provided when setting up the job.
Reduced Scrap
The software allows us to figure out exact stretch-out of each part before we begin the production process. This will reduce the chances of running the tolerances too high or too low and give us the ability to hold parts with ease withing .010 tolerance precision.
